食管异物及其并发症276例分析

摘　　要：本文对276例食管异物患者的年龄、异物种类、嵌顿部位及时间,以及它们与并发症之间的关系进行了探讨.提出了诊断的三个必要步骤,并指出及时诊治可减少并发症的发生.The patient's age, the kinds, lodge levels and remaining times of the foreign bodies, and occurences of the complications in 276 cases with foreign bodies of the esophagus were analysed. Authors proposed three necessary steps of the diagnosis, and showed that diagnosis and treatment in time can decrease the occurences of the complications,and sometimes they have to receive surgical operations immediately
