下丘脑垂体移植的实验研究

摘　　要：将近亲繁殖的新生免垂体分别移植到成兔下丘脑正中隆起下方和三脑室底部,1～2月后处死动物行组织学检查,并对手术前后血清PRL及T_4水平行放免测定.结果两部位移植物均成活,但有淋巴细胞浸润.正中隆起下方移植组垂体细胞内分泌颗粒正常,血清PRL、T_4水平均恢复到术前,提示内分泌功能重建成功.三脑室底移植组垂体细胞内多数缺乏分泌颗粒,尽管血清PRL水平恢复到术前,T_4水平却明显低下,提示内分泌功能未能重建.Pituitary glands from inbred neonatal rabbits were transplanted to the median eminence (group c) and the fundus of third ventricle (group d) of adult Nippon White rabbits. They were killed for histological examinations 1-2 months pos-toperatively, and comparison of ssrum prolactin (PRL) and thyroxine (T4) level between preoperation and preexecution was made.As the results, all grafts had survived with lymphocytic infiltration in two regions. The testing of PRL and T4 showed that there was no change of PRL and T4 value after operation in group c; while in group d, T4 level was obviously lower than normal after operation though PRL level kept almost the same. Our studies suggested that the grafts in group c recovered their normal endocrine functions, while the grafts in group d sho-wed no normal endocrine functions. The results indicated that the hytophysiotrop-hic area of hypothalamus is the best area for pituitary transplantation
