应用多普勒超声心动图研究老年高血压的左室舒张功能

摘　　要：本文应用脉冲多普勒左室充盈血流频谱测量分析44例高血压病患者与40例年龄匹配正常对照的左室舒张功能.结果显示高血压组A峰值、A/E比值及左室重量明显高于对照组(P值分别为P<0.02,P<0.01,P<0.01).E峰值和AC、DC也有一定程度的降低与减慢,但无统计学差别.上述指标在22例老年高血压组与20例老年对照比较均无统计学差别.作者对影响左室舒张功能的多种因素进行了初步讨论。44 hypertensives and 40 age-matched normal subjects were studied on left ventricular diastolic function by pulsed doppler left ventricular filling spectrum. The peak velocity of A. A/E ratio and LV mass were significantly higher in the hyp- ertensive group than the control group(P<0.02, <0.01, <0.01 respectively), while the peak velocity of E.and AC, DC were slightly bur not significantly decreased. However, there were no difference between 22 elderly hypertensives and 20 age-matched controls. Multiple factors affectting LV diastolic function were discussed briefly. The results suggested using the pulsed doppler MV flow spectrum to e-valuated LV diastolic function in elderl hypertensives was limited
