摘 要:本文报道高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定人脑脊液(CSF)中卡马西平(CBZ)、鲁米那(PB)、苯妥英钠(PHT)浓度以5 ,5-二乙基苯巴比妥酸为内标,标本经二氯甲烷一次提取,蒸干后用甲醇重溶进行色谱分析,以35/65比例的甲醇/去离子水为流动相。通过线性关系,重复性及相对回收率试验证明本方法简单、可靠、稳定、重复性好,完全适用于CSF中这3种药物浓度的常规测定。本文还对测定条件进行了探讨。A unique method for the determination of the human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) concentration of pheny-toin, carbamazepine and phenobarbital by high performance liquid chromatography has been reported in this paper for the first time in the field of clinical laboratory. It was found that using 5.5 梔iethyl 梑arbituric acid as internal standard and 0. Imol/L phosphoric acid buffer. Afterwards the chromatographic conditions on the analysis column for the separtion of the three kinds of anticonvulsant drugs (AEDs) have been established using a mobile phase of methanoli water(35/65). As this method is simple and precise, it might be adopted as a routine method for the determination of the three AEDs in human CSF.
