摘 要:以二苯并噻吩(DBT)中的有机硫为唯一硫源,筛得一株可专一断裂C-S键的菌株——红球菌DS-3。用摇瓶多批次脱硫法对柴油进行生物脱硫实验,经五次循环后可脱除0号柴油中52.13%的有机硫,87.53%的DBT转化为不含硫的二羟基联苯(2-HBP)。色谱分析表明,0号柴油中正构烷烃含量在生物脱硫前后始终保持在50%以上,油中的烃类组分基本不变。Using organic sulfur from DBT as the sole sulfur, rhodococcus DS-3, which is endowed with the property of specific cleavage of carbon-sulfur bonds has been breaked. Diesel biodesulfurization experiment has been carried out with the bottle shaking multi-time desulfurization method and the result shows that after five times circulation , organic sulfur of 0 # diesel has been removed by 52.13 % and 87.53 % of DBT converted to 2-HBP. Chro-matography analysis proves that normal paraffin content of 0 # diesel is always maintained at over 50% and without changes in hydrocarbon components.
