前列腺素E_1脂微球载体制剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨前列腺素 E1 脂微球 (L ipo PGE1 )载体制剂对慢性肾小球肾炎治疗的机制。方法　对诊断慢性肾小球肾炎的患者每日静脉滴注或直接缓慢静脉注射 L ipo PGE1 2 0μg,连续应用 4周 ,检测患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素 1(IL 1)和肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNFα)的变化 ,同时测定患者血尿素氮 (BU N)、血肌酐 (SCr)和内生肌酐清除率 (CCr)的变化。结果　慢性肾小球肾炎患者经 L ipo PGE1 治疗后 ,IL 1、TNFα、BU N和 SCr均较治疗前有明显下降 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,而 CCr较治疗前有明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　L ipo PGE1 可抑制慢性肾小球肾炎的肾脏炎症反应 ,并能改善慢性肾小球肾炎的肾功能。Objective To investigate potential mechanism underlying lipoprostaglandin E_1(PGE_1) in treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods The recommended dose of 20 μg lipoPGE_1 for treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis was as a daily dose by continuous intravenous infusion or intravenous injection for 4 weeks. The levels of interleukin1(IL1),tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr) and clearence of creatinine(CCr) were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment with lipoPGE_1,levels of IL1,TNFα,BUN and SCr were lower than those before treatment (all P <0.01),but CCr values were higher than those before treatment ( P <0.05). Conclusion LipoPGE_1 can reduce the renal inflammatory response and improve the renal function in the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.
