摘 要:甲醇合成催化剂中添加第4组分Zr,制得Cu Zn Al Zr催化剂,研究了制备方法对4组分甲醇合成催化剂性能的影响。用改进沉淀法所得催化剂活性最高,在230℃,3 0MPa,5500ml/(g cat·h)空速的温和条件下,甲醇时空产率达到0 978g/(g cat·h),活性和热稳定性均优于两种工业化催化剂C301和APCI。尤其是在200℃的较低温度下,活性是它们的两倍。XRD结果表明催化活性与前驱体结构密切相关。A modified precipitation method for preparing Cu-Zn-Al-Zr four components methanol synthesis catalysts is developed. It shows that the activity of the catalyst prepared by this method is the highest. The space time yield of methanol got to 0.978g/(g-cat·h) under conditions of 230℃, 3.0MPa and space velocity 5500ml/(g-cat·h). The activity and over-heating tolerance are superior to commercial catalysts C301 and APCI. Especially, the space time yield is as twice as that of C301 and APCI at low temperature of 200℃. The characterization of XRD shows that the activity of a catalyst is closely connected with the phase composition of its precursor.
