摘 要:利用化学吸附仪以及XPS、BET等技术,对由α Al2O3载体制得的催化剂的比表面、孔分布、晶相及反应前催化剂表面组成进行了分析表征,考察了用于CO气相催化偶联制草酸二乙酯的负载型Pd Fe/α Al2O3双金属催化剂的活性。研究表明:比表面是影响反应活性和选择性的因素之一,孔结构均匀、合理的催化剂使反应的时空收率比较稳定,一氧化碳的转化率较高。XPS, BET and chemisorption apparatus was employed to study the activity of Pd-Fe/α-Al_2O_3 which was used as catalyst in the reaction of CO gaseous phase coupling to diethyl oxalate. Specific surface area, distribution of pores, crystalline phase of the prepared Pd-Fe/α-Al_2O_3 catalysts, and surface composition of the fresh catalyst were analyzed and characterized by the methods mentioned above. The results indicate that the special surface area of catalyst is one of the most important factors that affect the reactive activity and the selectivity of catalyst. It was also found that homogeneous structure of pores and appropriate catalyst can result in stable space-time yield and high conversion of CO.
