复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗传染性非典型肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗传染性非典型肺炎的疗效。方法 :将26例传染性非典型肺炎患者分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷注射液。结果 :治疗组的症状体征改善时间、丙氨酸氨基转移酶复常时间、X线胸片肺部阴影吸收消散时间均明显短于对照组。结论 :复方甘草酸苷注射液有抑制病毒复制、保肝降酶、抗炎、抗渗出作用 ,毒副作用小 ,可用于治疗传染性非典型肺炎。OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin injectionCGIin the treatment of SARS.METHODS:26cases of SARS were divided into trial group and control group.The trial group received CGI in addition to the therapy for control group.RESULTS:The duration for improvement of symptoms and signs,decrease of ALT and abˉsorption of shadow on chest film was obviously shorter in trial group than that in control group.CONCLUSION:The CGI has the effects of inhibiting virus replication,protecting liver functions,decreasing enzyme,anti-inflammation and anti-exudaˉtion,and the side effects is slight,so it could be used for treatment of SARS.
