摘 要:通过对生产计划模型的边际价格的分析发现:生产计划的边际价格有约束方程的边际价格(MVE)和决策变量的边际价格(MVDV)两种类型,它们的值可以直接通过数学规划的求解器得到。通过MVE和MVDV,能够方便地对生产计划的边际价格进行分析。首先通过计算MVE,找出影响企业利润的最关键约束,从而为企业的技术改造、市场开拓以及全公司的脱瓶颈分析提供有利的支持;其次通过对MVDV的分析,可以得知何种物流参加生产以及大致在何种情况下参加生产;第三,通过中间物流的内部核算价格,可以解决石化企业内部物流的定价问题,也能够找到一个企业的利润生产核心,并进一步为企业确定生产管理的重心。Through analyzing marginal values of production planning models, it is found that they can be divided into two types, one is the marginal values of constraint equations--MVE, and the other is the marginal values of decision variables--MVDV. The values of both and MVDV can be obtained with mathematical programming software . Production planning marginal values can be conveniently analyzed with MVE and MVDV. First, the most key factors affecting a refinery' s profits can be found by the calculation of MVE, thus providing a favorable support for revamping, market opening, and the debottlenecking of the refinery. Next, by analyzing MVDV, it can be found which materials take part in production, and at what conditions they take part in production. Thirdly, the problem of intermediate material pricing can be solved with MVE and the most profitable unit can be obtained. Furthermore, the heart of production management can be found out for the petroleum refining enterprise.
