摘　　要：介绍了茂名炼油化工股份有限公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置使用DCA-112抑焦剂的情况。应用结果表明:在掺炼41.22％减压渣油、DCA-112抑焦剂加注量为145μg/g的情况下,轻液体收率提高约1.35个百分点。标定期间该装置还进行了掺渣爬坡试验,结果表明,使用该剂能使减压渣油掺炼率提高5-8个百分点,对产品质量无不良影响。Application of DCA-112 coke inhibitor in the second FCC unit of Maoming Refining & chemical Company Limited is expounded. The result shows that when the residue blending ratio is 41.22% , and DCA-112 coke inhibitor 145 μg/g is added, total liquid yield has been increased by 1.35 percent point. In addition, residue blending ratio gradually increased test has been carried out during the evaluation and the result shows that residue blending ratio has been enhanced by 5 to 8 percent points with DCA-112 coke inhibitor and without negative influence on the product quality.
