摘  要:兰州石化公司生产高辛烷值汽油的碳四加工联合工艺 ,原采用催化裂化生产的轻碳四馏分 ,由MTBE、聚异丁烯、气体分馏、叠合和烷基化等装置组成 ,流程较长。C4 原料的烯烃和丁二烯含量高 ,以及MTBE装置尾气的含氧化合物含量高是制约烷基化生产的主要因素 ,增大了高辛烷值汽油的生产成本。经过研究开发 ,确定了新的碳四加工联合工艺生产高辛烷值汽油的方案 ,该联合工艺由碳四选择性加氢 ,MTBE和烷基化装置三部分组成 ,并在MTBE装置中采用D0 0 5催化剂以及增设甲醇回收系统压力控制技术。通过新联合工艺的实施 ,烷基化原料中烷烯质量比提高到 2 ,丁二烯质量分数下降到 0 .2 μg/g ,含氧化合物质量分数下降到 5 0 μg/g以下 ,取得明显效果。The original combined process for C 4 processing to produce high octane value gasoline in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was made up of MTBE, polyisobutylene, gas fractionation, polymerization and alkylation units, taking FCC light C 4 distillate as feedstock. High content of olefin and butadiene in C 4 feedstock and the oxygen compound in the tail gas of MTBE unit are the main constraint factors of alkylation unit and the production cost of high octane gasoline was increased. So a new combined process for C 4 processing has been developed. It consists of C 4 selective hydrogenation, MTBE and alkylation units. D005 catalyst has been used in the MTBE unit and the pressure control technology adopted in methanol recovery system. With the new combined process, mass ratio of alkane / alkene of alkylation unit has been increased to 2, butadiene content reduced to 0.2 μg/g and the oxygen compound content reduced to below 50 μg/g. Evident effect has been obtained.
