加氢法生产低芳烃含量溶剂油的工艺技术

摘　　要：以 13 0～ 3 0 0℃馏分油为原料 ,采用加氢技术和以Al2 O3为载体、W Ni为主要活性组分的催化剂 ,在适宜的反应温度和液时空速下 ,采用不同等级的氢分压可制取芳烃质量分数小于 1.0 %、0 .3 0 %或 0 .0 2 % ,硫、氮质量分数均小于 1μg/g、无色透明、环保型的高级溶剂油 ,这种低芳烃含量的高级溶剂油可作为精细化工和金属加工等领域的优质溶剂 。Superior solvent oil, which is environmental friendly, transparent and colorless has been produced by taking the 130℃-300℃ fractions as feedstock, adopting the catalyst with Al 2O 3 as supporter, and W-Ni as main active components, under the conditions of appropriate reaction temperature, liquid hourly space velocity and different hydrogen partial pressures. The aromatic content of the final products is less than 1.0%, 0.3% or 0.02% respectively and both sulfur and nitrogen contents are less than 1 μg/g. It can be widely used in fine chemical industry and metal processing.
