摘　　要：通过构建矿山生产管理中委托-代理制博弈分析模型,对市场经济条件下矿山生产管理中委托方和承包方最优资源配置和激励方法进行了系统分析,指出了工程承包中不同情况下的风险回避策略。This paper analyses systematically the optimum resources configuration and incentives methods between principal and agent in production management of mines under condition of market economics based on the constructed principal-agent game models,represents different risk avoidance policies of project contract under different circumstances.
