行为诱导疗法在儿童口腔外科的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的　探讨行为诱导疗法在儿童口腔外科拔牙手术中的应用及效果 ,更好的指导临床工作。方法　将 30 0名拔牙的儿童患者根据年龄、合作程度进行分组 ,对不合作者进行行为诱导。结果　不同年龄、不同分组的儿童经过行为诱导后 ,合作人数均有不同程度的增加 ,具有统计学意义 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　行为诱导减轻了儿童的拔牙恐惧 ,使其能积极主动地配合治疗。Objective To assess the effect and the application of the therapy of behavior inducing in oral surgery of children, which could direct clinical work better. Methods 300 children were included in this study. Different groups were divided according to the age and the degree of cooperation and the non-cooperated were induced. Results After having been induced ,most of the children in different ages and groups could cooperated with the doctors, and the statistical significance was noted (P<0.05). Conclusions The behavior inducing reduced the phobia of tooth distraction and could make them actively cooperate with the doctors.
