摘　　要：本文介绍了特色库建设的目标、实施方案和建库原则。给出了汽车工程特色库的框架及模型 。This paper introduces the target,practice project and the principle of the characteristic database development.The paper gives out the frame and model of the vehicle engineering information database,simply analyses the economic benefit and social benefit that the database builds.
