摘　　要：西维来司钠是新近研制成功的弹性蛋白酶抑制剂,大量临床前研究资料表明其能选择性地抑制中性粒细胞释放弹性蛋白酶,抑制酶活性,保护肺微血管和上皮细胞,从丽保护肺组织,改善呼吸功能,在临床上治疗全身性炎症反应综合征及特发性纤维化等引起的急性肺损伤中显示了良好的应用前景。Sivelestat sodium is a newly developed neutrophile elastase inhibitor. A large amount pre-clinical data indicated that sivelestat sodium can selectively reduce conventional acute lung injury (ALI) markers such as bronchoaioveolar lavage neutrophile counts, hemorrhage, albumin concentrations, or pulmonary microvascular permeability. Thus the pulmonary tissues are protected and the respiratory function is improved. It shows a great clinical potential in the treatment of ALI associated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS).
