压铸锌合金轴承保持架的研制

摘　　要：一种压铸锌合金轴承保持架已研制成功,轴承寿命试验结果表明,压铸锌合金保持架轴承比铅黄铜保持架轴承具有更长的寿命,用压铸工艺制造保持架具有生产率高、材料利用率高、成本低及不加工或少加工的特点。附图4幅,表6个,参考文献5篇。A zinc-base alloy cage made by the die casting processing has been developed successfully. The test results show that the bearing with die casting zinc-base alloy cages are longer life than those with lead brass cages. It is of high productivity, high utilization ratio of materials, low cost and no or less need for machining with die casting processing.
