摘　　要：测力轴承可由一般轴承作微小改动而成。装在机床主轴上,能测量主轴的轴向力、径向力和预紧力,监控刀具的磨损、断刀、卡刀和崩刃。文中主要介绍机床常用角接触球轴承改制成测力轴承的原理、制作、数据处理及应用。附图7幅,参考文献3篇。Force-monitoring bearing can be obtained by making a little change to the original bearing. It is installed in machine tool spindle, used for measuring axial, radial forces and preloads, monitoring the wear, break, jamming and crack of tools. The principle and manufacture of force-monitoring bearing changed from usual angular contact ball bearings are presented in the paper .The data processing and the applications are also introduced.
