摘　　要：以取代苯甲醛为起始原料 ,经缩合、酯化、环合及酰化 ,合成了 5个新的化合物 5 取代苯基 3 吡唑烷酮衍生物 ,用IR、1 HNMR及MS对其结构进行了表征。经初步生物活性测定表明 ,化合物These objective compounds were synthesized through condensation,esterification,ring closure and acylation steps using benzaldehyde as a starting material.Five new derivatives of 5 substituted phenyl 3 pyrazolidinoses were synthesized,their structures were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and MS.Preliminary test of biological activities showed that compound 4e had appreciable antiepileptic activity.
