摘　　要：承包商承包工程有一定的风险,成本、进度和质量是工程项目中的三个主要变数,而施工进度是最敏感,包括很多不确定性因素。文章介绍了风险源、风险估计及风险的评价方法。The contractor contracting the project has a certain risk.
