摘　　要：以中美两国体育经纪人立法管理比较为分析起点 ,以我国体育经纪人管理体制构建为研究主线 ,从管理学和行政法学的角度 ,分析评价了中美两国体育经纪人的立法管理体系及存在的主要问题。提出我国体育经纪人管理的立法体系构想和管理体系构想 ,即“国家统一法规+地方或行业配套法规”的立法体系和“政府委托的协会监督 +行业自生的商会自律”的管理体系。According to legislation management of sport agent between China and American, following the research masterstroke to establish management system of sport agent in China, through the management and administrative law, this paper analyzes the legislation management system and main problems of sport agent between China and American. Based on it, the author puts forward ideas about the legislation and management system of sport agent for our country, that is united code for nation plus matched code for district or trade and management system about association supervise of government commission plus commerce self-discipline of trade for self.
