摘　　要：充分发挥病房护士长的管理职能 ,把质量、安全、服务的落实、规范、绩效作为临床护理管理的重要内容常抓不懈。在应对医院评审工作中 ,充分重视 ,全面落实 ,找出差距 ,积极整改 ,最终达到促进护理工作、保障病人安全、提高服务质量的目的 。Head nurses should play administration function sufficiently and put emphasis on the management of quality,safety,implementation,standardization and performance in clinical nursing management all the time.We attached great importance on the hospital accreditation,fulfilled every process,found the difference between our work and the standards and perfected them actively.As a result,we achieved the purpose of promoting the development of nursing,ensuring the safety of patients,and improving the quality of nursing service,which is also the foundation to pass the hospital accreditation.Author’s address:Department of Neurology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Science, Beijing 100730, China
