摘　　要：在医院评审过程中 ,采用标准化措施 ,完善规章制度 ,实施行政查房和护理质量控制检查 ,深化了护理依法管理工作 ,使科室的各项规章制度更加健全和完善 ,每个护理人员的职责更加明确 ,为护理管理工作提供了清晰的思路和方法 。During the process of hospital accreditation,using standardized measures to perfect rules and regulations and carry out administrative ward rounds and check-up of nursing quality control.All of these deepened the legal management of nursing,the rules and regulations in the department became more perfect, and nursing staff’s responsibilities and duties became more clear.Hospital accreditation provided a clear mind and method for the work of nursing management and promoted the standardization of the quality management in our department.Author’s address:Department of Internal Medicine,Beijing Railroad General Hospital,Beijing 100038,China
