摘 要:选用新型交联剂三烯丙基三聚异氰酸酯与二乙烯基苯为混合交联剂,合成了大孔聚丙烯腈树脂,以此为母体和盐酸羟胺反应合成了肟型树脂。以肟型树脂对铜吸附量的大小,间接判断树脂中氰基转化率的相对大小。研究了反应介质、温度、反应时间以及氰基与羟胺的摩尔比对肟化反应的影响。结果表确,廉价的水为肟化反应的较好介质,在此介质中反应,温度80℃为宜,反应时间延长,氰基转化率增加。The macroporous polyacrylonitrile resin crosslinked by the mixture of triallyl is-ocyanurate (TAIC) and divinylbenzne (DVB) was synthesized in the presence of toluene. This resin was then reacted with hydroxylamine and the chelating resin containing amidoxime group or hydroxamic acid group was obtained. The conversion of cyano group was measured indirectly by the adsorption capacity for copper of the chelati ng resin. The factors which would affect the reaction such as solvent, temperature, rection time and the mole ratio of cyano group and hydroxylamine were studied. The results showed that the inexpensive water is one of the good solvents. In this solvent, at the temperature of 80℃, the conversion of cyano group increased as the reaction time was prolonged.
