摘　　要：针对液-固挤压复合材料成形工艺的特点,在自行开发的数据采集硬件系统的基础上,利用BorlandC++,在windows98系统平台下开发了相应的数据采集软件。程序设计中采用多媒体定时器、数据库及ActiveX控件等技术,解决了定时精度、I/O设备访问、数据存储、曲线显示等关键问题。实验结果验证了该软件的有效性,为该工艺的实际应用奠定了基础。Aiming at the features of liquid-solid extrusion process of composite,a data acquisition sofeware has been developed using Borland C ++Builder5.0,in Windows98.During the design,such techniques as multimedia timer,database,and ActiveX control of the third party have been used to deal with the key problems of time precision,access of I /O device,data storage and display etc.This sofeware has been proved to be reliable by experiments,which has established a base for the application of liquid-solid extrusion composite process.
