摘　　要：针对科研型企业生产任务的特殊性,引入工种实力以综合反映多项资源的最大负载,讨论了工种实力的定义及评定指标,对不同类型的生产任务给出了基于综合优先级和工种实力的计划调度算法,介绍了在某研究所的具体应用情况。Aiming at the particularity of the small batch production,the paper presents a new conception of work ability to describe the biggest throughput of the enterprise which is limited by some resources.The definition and evaluation index of work ability is introduced.Two kinds of planning and scheduling algorithms which are based on the synthesize priority and work ability are provided for different type of production.The implementation of the algorithms in an enterprise of China is introduced.
