摘　　要：对有关计算机技术压力问题的文献进行了综述,尽管该问题的研究已开始很多年,但近年来越来越受到关注和认可。计算机技术的飞速发展引发的技术压力以及因特网的遍布使这种情况更为恶化。论述了有关技术压力的定义、原因及度量的方法,重点强调了那些可减少技术压力的管理方法和解决方案。同时提出了进一步研究的建议。将为企业和个人提供宝贵的有效处理和解决技术压力的知识和信息。This paper reviews the literature on the problem of computer-related techno-stress, which reveals that although the problem of computer-related techno-stress has existed for many years, recently the problem has become more widely recognized and experienced. The rapid advances made in computer technology have exacerbated the Computer-related techno-stress and Internet seemed to have worsened or improved the situation. The paper summarized the definitions, causes, and measurements of techno-stress in literatures. An emphasis is placed on some management and solutions that put forward to reduce computer-related techno-stress. At the same time some suggestions for further researches are mentioned. This literature review would provide individuals and organizations with valuable insights into the issue of technology-related stress and how to effectively cope with it.
