摘 要:利用根癌农杆菌介导法将广谱抗虫基因豇豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂 (CpTI)基因导入新疆杨 (Populusal bavar pyramidalis) ,经筛选获得了大量转基因植株。对转基因植株经PCR鉴定、PCR Southern和点杂交分子检测结果证实CpTI基因已整合进杨树基因组中。部分转基因植株的饲虫实验表明 。Cowpea trypsin inhibitor(CpTI)gene, an insecticidal gene, was introduced into poplar( Populus alba var. pyramidalis ) by gene transformation mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Kanamycin resistant(Km r) plantlets were obtained by rigorous selective condition. The presence of CpTI gene in the transgenic plants were confirmed by PCR, PCR Southern and dot Southern blot. The result of insect bioassay showed that some transgenic plants were extremely resistant to the larvae of Apocheimia cinerarius Erschoff, whereas the untransformed control plants was sensitive to them. It appeared that transgenic plantlets had such effects as a decreased leaf consumption by larvae, a lower larvae weight and inhibition to the development of larvae.
