摘　　要：　证券投资过程中的交易成本包括佣金、税、费、执行成本和机会成本,其中执行成本和机会成本是无法直接测量的。但对整个交易过程的交易成本进行管理,是最大化投资收益的必要条件。文章介绍了交易成本的构成,并试图建立一个计算、测量和管理投资过程中交易成本的框架,以此最小化投资过程中的交易成本、最大化投资收益。The exchang cost includes commision, taxes?fees?executive cost and opportunity cost in stock investment in which excutive cost and opportunity cost are not measured,It is the necessary condition for the whole process to get maximum profits.This paper introduces the constitution of exchange cost, and attempts to establish a model of calculation,measurement and management in the process of investment in order to make the exchang cost minimum.
