摘  要:目的 观察 0 8%黄精多糖滴眼液对实验性干眼症模型的治疗效果。方法 将实验性干眼症日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组 (模型组 )、受试药物组 (治疗组 )和阳性药物对照组 (对照组 ) ,分别用溶媒、 0 8%黄精多糖滴眼液和泪然滴眼液治疗。观察SchirmerI试验和角膜结膜虎红染色点数 ,每周1次 ,共 5周。结果 各组模型动物SchirmerI试验滤纸湿长度和角结膜虎红染色点数分别在用药 2周后和3周后差异有显著性 ,治疗组在用药 2周后SchirmerI试验滤纸湿长明显增加 ,用药 3周后虎红染色点数减少。结论  0 8%黄精多糖滴眼液对实验性干眼症有明显疗效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect and mechanism of polygonatum polysaccharide (PM) eyedrop on experimental dry eye METHODS The rabbits induced into models were randomized into observation group, positive control group and negative group The three groups were dealt with solvent, PM eyedrop and Tear Natural respectively Schirmer I test and rose bengal staining of cornea and conjunctiva were performed once at every week RESULT The Schirmer I test and rose bengal staining change among showed significant difference at 2 and 3 weeks after treatment respectively in the three groups At 2 and 3 weeks Schirmer I test and rose bengal staining began to better remarkably in observation group respectively compared with negative group CONCLUSION PM eyedrop were markedly efficacy in the treatment of experimental rabbits with dry eye
