氟西汀、氯丙咪嗪、文拉法新治疗抑郁症的成本-效果分析

摘　　要：目的 :比较 3种方案治疗抑郁症的经济效果和安全性。方法 :运用药物经济学成本—效果分析对 3种治疗方案进行分析评价。结果 :氟西汀、氯丙咪嗪、文拉法新各组的治疗总成本 ,分别为 2 82 2 0元、2 5 790 .4 0元、5 5 4 30 .4 0元 ,有效率分别为 85 %、80 %和 87.5 % ,氯丙咪嗪组 TESS得分显著及非常显著高于文拉法新及氟西汀组。结论Object To compare the economical effectiveness and safety of three different schemes on the treatment of depression. Methods Using the method of pharmacoeconomical cost effectiveness analysis, three therapeutic schemes were compared. Results The total costs of scheme for fluoxetine, clomipramine and venlafaxine were 28220, 25790.40 and 55430.40 Yuan, the effective rates were 85%, 80% and 87.5%, respectively. The TESS scores of scheme for clomipramine were significantly higher than those for venlafaxine and fluoxetine. Conclusion The scheme of fluoxetine is the best therapeutic scheme.
