摘　　要：壳聚糖是一种天然高分子化合物 ,壳聚糖及其衍生物具有优良的生物相容性和生物可降解性 ,在制药业有广阔的应用前景。Chitosan, a natural polymer, and its derivatives have good biocompatible and biodegradable properties. They have broad prospects in drug preparations. This paper reviewed recent application of chitosan and it's derivatives in targeted drug delivery system.
