颈通汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：为了观察颈通汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。将 15 0例病人随机分为治疗组 90例 ,对照组 6 0例 ,治疗组给予颈通汤 ,对照组给予颈复康 ,观察治疗前后主症的缓解程度、TCD及血液流变学改变。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其改善椎 -基底动脉供血不足及血液流变学的效果亦优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明颈通汤是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有效的方剂。In order to study the therapeutic effect of “JINGTONG TANG” (JTT, a TCD decoction for cervical spondylosis) on vertebral-artery-type cervical spondylosis (VCS), 150 cases of VCS were randomly divided into two groups: the treated (n=90 cases) and the control (n=60 cases), which were treated by JTT and by “JINGFU KANG”, respectively; the changes of main symptoms remittence, transcranial Doppler sonography and rheology in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. The results showed that the treated group had a significant advantage over the control in the total effective rate (P < 0.05) and the improvement of the vertebrobasilar-artery supply deficiency and rheology (P < 0.05), suggesting that JTT may be regarded as the effective prescription for VCS.
