碘-溴化十六烷基三甲铵缔合体系溶剂浮选褪色光度法测定SO_3^(2-)的研究

摘　　要：提出了碘 溴化十六烷基三甲胺缔合体系浮选褪色光度法测定SO3方法,方法的摩尔吸光系数为ε365=3.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1,最大吸收波长λmax2-0.10μg mL6次,RSD=1.8%,线性范围0～0 60μg mL,实=365nm,测定SO32-的质量分数。A new method to determine SO_3^(2-) in I_3^-·CTMA^+ complex system by solvent floatation discoloring spectrophotometry was developed. The method showed the sensitivity ( ε_(365)=3.0×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)), maximum absorption wavelength at 365 nm. The linear range was 0～0.60 μg/mL for SO_3^(2-). The RSD was 1.8% for 0.10 μg/mL SO_3^(2-) ( n =6). The method was applied to determine SO_3^(2-) was determined in vegetable samples with satisfactory results.
