提高小本体聚丙烯透明性的研究

摘　　要：以小本体聚丙烯为原料,通过添加成核剂和相对分子质量调节剂,制备了具有良好透明性能的小本体聚丙烯,探讨了成核剂、相对分子质量调节剂对透明性的影响。通过XRD谱图分析表明,成核剂的加入能有效地降低体系β晶型的含量,从而有效提高其透明性。The small batch bulk polypropylene (PP) with excellent transparency can be obtained by adding nucleating-agent and molecular regulator. The effects of different molecular weight regulators and content of nucleating-agent on the transparency of PP were discussed. It can been concluded that the content of β crystalline was decreased and the transparency of small batch bulk polypropylene was increased by adding nucleating-agent.
