摘 要:阐述了涤纶短纤维油剂实验室可纺性评价体系的建立方法及其应用。以纤维的表面电阻的大小来评价油剂的抗静电性能;以纤维与金属之间的动摩擦系数来评价油剂的平滑性;用纤维与纤维的静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数之差来评价油剂的集束性。并应用该体系来评价涤纶短纤维油剂的抗静电性、平滑性、集束性等可纺性能,工业应用结果与评价结论相一致,证明了评价体系的有效性。The establishment and application of experimental spinnability evaluation system were described for PET staple finish. The antistatic behavior of finishes was characterized by surface resistance of fiber samples, the lubrification by dynamic fric-lional coefficient between fiber and metal, the collection property by Δμ. This system used to evaluate the spinnability of PET staple finish, such as antistatic behavior, lubrification, collection property, gave the results coincident with the practice and was proved to be efficient by the industrial practice.
