摘  要:采用己内酰胺作单体,通过双螺杆反应挤出的方法合成了PA6/蒙脱土纳米纺丝切片。设计了合理的螺杆组合方式,设定了双螺杆筒体温度,选择适当的螺杆转速,所得到的切片相对分子质量适当,分布较小,适宜纺制纤维。采用WAXD、DSC对切片进行分析表明,单体在蒙脱土硅酸盐片层中插层聚合。用该切片纺制成的纤维强度为5.35cN/dtex,伸长28.1%,模量52.42cN/dtex,比纯PA6有所提高。The PA6/montmorillonite chips were synthesized from caprolactam monomer by double-screw reactive extrusion. The fiber-grade chips can be produced with proper relative molecular weight and lower distribution by designing rational screw combination, setting temperature of double-screw extruder's barrel and selecting suitable screw rotation rate. The produced spinning chips were analyzed by WAXD and DSC. The results showed that the intercalative polymerization occurred between monomer and silicate sheets of montmorillonite. The produced fiber had the tenacity of 5. 35 cN/dtex, elongation 28. 1% and modulus 52. 42 cN/dtex, which were all higher than those of pure PA6.
