碳化钨钢结硬质合金膏剂渗硼的研究

摘　　要：采用膏剂渗硼剂 ,对三种WC含量不同的钢结硬质合金进行了渗硼处理。对这类材料的渗硼工艺 ,所获渗硼层的组织及相结构、硬度分布及试样在渗硼前后的尺寸变化进行了研究。结果表明 :进行膏剂渗硼后 ,这类合金的表面可获得高硬度FeB +Fe2B的致密渗硼层 ,而且试样的尺寸变化甚微。Three kinds of steel-bonded carbides with different WC content have been treated by paste boronizing.The boronizing process for this type of material,the microstructure and phase structure and hardness values distribution of the gained boronized layer,and the size change of the samples before and after boronizing have been studied.The results show that a boronized FeB+Fe 2 B layer of high hardness and density after paste boronizing has been obtained and the size change of the samples is very small.
