摘  要:研究了用腈纶废丝制取CO_2砂用的粘结剂工艺及能提高硬化强度和抗湿性的复合粉状固化剂。试验了吹CO_2时间、放置时间、环境温度、相对湿度对试样强度的影响和腈纶水解液CO_2砂的工艺性能。介绍了用腈纶水解液CO_2砂制芯生产铝合金铸件的情况。Abstract The CO2 core-making process using the hydrolyzate waste of polyacrylon- itrile fiber as a binder and the powder hardener to improve strength and anti-hygroscopic property was studied. Some factors affecting the strength and technological properties of CO2 core-making process using hydrolyzate waste as a binder such as gassing time, setting time, ambient temperature and relative humidity, were tested. The application of hydrolyzate waste for CO gas hardened process in production of aluminium alloy castings was presented.
