摘　　要：振动造型是Replicast CS法的重要技术关键。在三维振动台上,用自行设计的模样、砂箱、压力传感器等设备,全面研究了振动状况、振动参数等对无粘结剂干砂造型紧实度的影响,确定了该工艺的最佳振动方案和参数。Abstract The vibrating moulding is an important key to the Replicast CS process. The influence of vibrating conditions and parameters on the compactness of the casting mould on the three-dimensional vibrobench has been fully studied using the self-made equipments such pattern, moulding box and pressure sensor etc.The optimum vibrating variables and conditions for Replicast CS process were determined.
