摘 要:在昆明小鼠繁殖群中,随机抽取180只21日龄小鼠,雌雄各半。根据采食量把繁殖、非繁殖分成6个组,测其增重、胎间隔、总胎次数、平均产仔数、分仔成活率、初生重、21日龄分仔重等生物学特性。结果显示:90只(雌雄各半)不繁殖小鼠从21日龄至死亡的体重,雌雄间差异显著(<0.05);繁殖组中限食与正常喂食间上述生物学指标差异显著(<0.05)。同时,限食与自由采食间的上述指标差异极显著(<0.001),而正常喂食与自由采食间各项指标差异不显著(>0.05)。结果表明:在生产繁殖中应采取只喂颗粒料的自由采食方式,既能满足营养需要、降低成本,又符合昆明小鼠标准化和上等级的要求。One hundred and eighty 21-day-old mice ( 1: 1) were randomly selected and were divided into 6 groups in-taking, propagating and non-breeding. Some biological characters were measured ; such as weight growing, partition of producting, total producting, averagekittenquantity, living rate non-nurse, the heavy of born and 21 day weight.The result showed that the difference of the 90 mice's weight from 21 day to died is significant between male and female( < 0.05). The difference not only between restricted feeding and normal feeding but also restricted feeding and randomly feeding are significant P < 0.001). But the difference of normal feeding and randomly feeding is not significant ( ( > 0.05).We should adopt secience method for production of the Kunming mouse. The result of experiment shows that randomly fe- eding with grain-feed during producing and propagating is the best method for the mouse's needs for nutrition, thus the grade of mouse will be increased and be according with the demand of standardization.
