摘　　要：目的　运用多媒体神经行为测试评价系统中文第三版 (NES -C3) ,探讨噪声作业工人的神经行为功能与噪声接触水平之间的关系。方法　使用NES -C3对 83名接触噪声的男性工人及 84名对照工人的神经行为功能进行了测试。结果　接触组神经行为功能测试得分与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1)。采用多元回归分析噪声、年龄、工龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济收入对神经行为功能的影响 ,发现接触噪声 ,情感特征的紧张—焦虑、抑郁—沮丧、愤怒—敌意、疲劳—惰性和半结构投射试验中的恐、悲、怒、惊得分增高 ;系列加减的最慢反应时间延长 ;记忆扫描的错误数增加 ,准确数减少 ;立体视觉的最短时间延长 ,准确数减少 ;听简单反应的平均耗时和最短时间延长、视复杂反应时的平均耗时及最短时间延长 ;曲线吻合的平均偏移延长 ,准确数减少。结论　长期接触噪声可影响接触者的情感状况 ,使负性情绪增加 ,智力 -思维能力、体位判断能力、听反应速度、视反应速度、瞬时记忆功能和眼手协调能力下降。Objective To study the relationship between workers' neurobehavioral function and the noise exposure level by means of Neurobehavioral Evaluation System Chinese 3 (NES C 3). Methods Neurobehavioral function of 83 noise exposed workers and 84 normal control workers was examined by NES C 3. Results The scores of neurobehavioral function of exposure group had significant difference compared to that of control group (P<0 05). Based on a multiple factor stepwise regression analysis, it was found that the exposure to noise could cause increases of the scores of tension anxiety, depression dejection, anger hostility and fatigue inertia in profile of mood state (POMS) test and the scores of specter, sad, anger and surprise in semi structural project test (SSPT), prolongation of maximum reaction time of serial addition and subtraction, error increasing and correct degree decreasing in memory scan, minimum reaction time prolonging and correct degree decreasing in three dimensional vision, prolongation of mean reaction time and minimum reaction time in auditory simple reaction, prolongation of mean reaction time and minimum reaction time in visual choice reaction, the mean deflection prolonging in curve coincidence as well as the correct degree decreasing. Conclusions Long term exposure to noise can affect emotional status. Concretely, it will increase negative emotion and decrease the ability of intelligence thinking and body position judgment, the speed of auditory reaction and vision reaction and the function of instant memory and eye hand coordination as well.
