摘　　要：我国儿童青少年肥胖率呈逐年上升趋势,就其病因进行了探讨,综述应用较为普遍的几种减肥方法,特别是运动减肥对人体带来的各种影响,并提出防治儿童青少年肥胖的对策。The proportion of obesity Chinese children and adolescence increases year by year. This article is to make out the reasons for obesity of children and adolescence in China. And the article reviews some popular ways of weight control and brings forward the methods that prevent their obesity.
