摘 要:重组自交系 (RIL)群体是遗传作图和QTL定位研究中常用的群体 ,构建过程中可能出现的异常偏分离会影响群体的使用。根据理论群体的分析 ,提出了用均等性、对称性和代表性 3类 χ2 检验评价试验群体 ;利用代表性测验的家系最大 χ2 值和家系异常偏分离率调整异常偏分离的群体 ;并且应用计算机模拟方法编制了确定群体代表性测验参数临界值的有关程序 (GenoSim) ;从而提出了重组自交系群体评价与调整的方法 ,称为模拟群体抽样标准法 (SPSC)。应用此方法 ,对大豆RIL群体NJRIKY进行了检测和调整。该群体由科丰 1号×南农 1138 2的 2 0 1个F2∶7∶9家系组成 ,经SPSC 3个测验后淘汰了 17个家系、5个标记 ,调整后的群体能通过 3个测验 ,且在构建遗传图谱中 ,改变了 19个标记及Recombinant inbred line (RIL) population is one of the often used populations for construction of genetic map and QTL mapping There might appear some extra biased segregation in the initial RIL population due to multiple generation sampling and natural and artificial reasons Based on an analysis of the theoretical RIL population, a set of tests by using χ 2 c criteria, including test of equality, symmetry, and representativeness, was proposed For the representativeness test of the RIL population, a simulation program (GenoSim) was established in order to set up some critical values of maximum χ 2 of families and the ratio of extra biased segregation of the RIL population with respect to the number of chromosomes, markers and families Then the procedures for adjustment of the RIL population were set up This set of methods and procedures of the tests and adjustment was called Simulated Population Sampling Criteria (SPSC) By using the SPSC, a soybean RIL population NJRIKY was constructed, evaluated and adjusted The RIL population was composed of 201 F 2∶7∶9 families derived from a cross, Kefeng No 1×Nannong 1138 2 After the SPSC three tests, 17 families and five markers were deleted from the initial RIL data set to make the adjusted population fitted the equality, symmetry and representativeness criteria and therefore, the locations of the 19 markers and two linkage groups on the linkage map were changed
