摘　　要：一个地区的产业整体竞争优势通常是与其市场规制条件的完善程度正相关的。然而,在我国一些不具备良好市场规制条件的中小城镇,通过产业集群的方式促进分工的深化,成为一种极具竞争力的经济组织模式。人际关系看似不利于市场规制的健全和完善,但在一定的条件下可以转化为更强的地区竞争优势。The whole competition ability of a region is usually supposed to be positive related with perfection of the market regulation. However, in some small and medium cities of China that lacks market regulation, the method of industrial cluster has become a predominant organization form of economy that can strengthen division of labor. In common sense, personal relationship is a disadvantage in completion of market mechanism, but in this paper the author tried to demonstrate that under the certain term the personality-emphasized tradition can convert into a stronger regional competitive advantage.
