试论大学图书馆“学科馆员”的角色定位

摘　　要：本文阐述建立“学科馆员”制度的必要性 ,指出培养高素质的“学科馆员”是大学图书馆工作创新、服务创新、适应高等教育发展的必然趋势。Based on the understanding of the concept'subject librarian', this article discusses the necessity of establishing the system of 'subject librarian'. It points out that to train subject librarians of high quality is the certain trend for the innovation of the university library services and for the development of the high education.
