摘 要:从府谷水文站洪水过程测验控制情况、天桥电厂下泄流量推算和天桥电厂—府谷区间洪水加入等3个方面,对府谷站2003年7月30日洪峰测报是否偏大的问题进行了分析。结果表明,天桥电厂下泄洪峰估算定性偏小,府谷站洪峰测验过程控制良好,天桥—府谷区间产生了1800m3/s的洪峰直接加在天桥电厂下泄的洪峰上,使府谷站8时出现12800m3/s的洪峰是可信的;府谷水文站出现低水位大流量的现象主要是断面冲刷造成的。The paper analyzes whether the observation and forecasting data of July 30, 2003 peak discharge observed at Fugu Hydrometric Station is greater based on three factors of flood hydrograph observed at Fugu Station, calculation of sluiced discharge of Tianqiao Power Plant and the joint of floods at the reach between Tianqiao Power Plant and Fugu. The results are shown that the estimation of sluiced peak discharge of Tianqiao Power Plant is smaller, the flood hydrograph observed at Fugu is fairly good, 1 800 m^3/s peak discharge produced at the Tianqiao-Fugu Reach has directly added to the sluiced peak discharge of Tianqiao Power Plant, making 12 800 m^3/s peak discharge happened at 8 o’clock in Fugu believable and the phenomenon of low water level and big discharge happened at Fugu Station is mainly caused by cross section scour.
