使用中消毒液染菌情况分析与对策

摘　　要：目的:通过调查医院使用中消毒液的染菌情况,及时发现问题寻找对策以控制医院感染的发生。方法:对某院2000年1月～2003年6月各科室使用中的消毒液,包括2%碘酊、2%戊二醛、500～1000mg/l含氯消毒液、75%酒精、0.2%新洁尔灭452份进行监测。结果:检测消毒液452份,合格率97.3%。结论:应加强消毒液的使用管理,严格执行无菌操作,定期做好消毒液的卫生学监测。s:Objective To investigate the incidence of the microbial pollution in disinfectors in-usage in our hospital and analyse the reason of pollution and establish a procedure for prompt recognition of problem and prevent the nosocomical infection.Methods Examine 452 samples of disinfectants from January 2000 to june 2003 in some departments and wards in our hospital..The disinfectors include 2%lodine Tincture.,2%Aldehydes,500～1000mg/l Chlorine disinfectors,75%Alcohol and 0.2%Quaternary Ammonium Compounds.Results Of the 452 samples of disinfectors 97.3%passed the examination for possible microbial pollution.Conclusion To reinforce the regulations of proper usage of disinfectors,to strictly apply the asepsis management in making and using the disinfectors and to,and inspect the quality of in-usage disinfectors regnlarly.
