海普林软膏治疗湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察海普林软膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :选取门诊湿疹病例 98例 ,其中急性湿疹 30例 ,亚急性湿疹 32例 ,慢性湿疹 36例 ,外用海普林软膏治疗 ,每日 3次 ,疗程 3周 ,记录疗效及不良反应。结果 :海普林软膏治疗急性、亚急性、慢性湿疹的有效率分别为 83.33%、75 .0 0 %、6 6 .6 6 % ,不良反应发生率为 6 .1 2 %。结论 :海普林软膏治疗湿疹有效。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of HEPUDIOD cream in the treatment of eczema.Methods:98 patients were enrolled,including 30 cases of acute eczema?32 cases of subacute eczema and 36cases of chronic eczema ,HEPUDIOD was applied gently into the affected area of skin suffered from above diseases,three times daily for 3weeks.Results:The total effective rate of 83.33% were found in acute eczema,and 75.0% in subacute eczema,and 66.66% in chronic eczema,The incidences of adverse event of 98 cases were 6.12%.Conclusion:HEPUDIOD cream is an effective and safe new drug in treating eczema.
